Tina Patton joined Indiana Trust Wealth Management in February of 1989 as Trust Operations Manager, and has held several positions in the company over the past three decades, including Director of Operations and Director of Information Technology.  Having had extensive experience with nonprofit organizations and civic groups as a board member, volunteer, advocate, and supporter, she was appointed Director of Nonprofit & Foundation Engagement in 2020.  Tina is also a member of the Indiana Trust Women's Advisory Group, which focuses on wealth management issues unique to women in the present, ever-changing financial environment – including the rise of women in philanthropy.

In her role as Vice President, Director of Nonprofit & Foundation Engagement, Tina works to assist not-for-profit organizations, charitable trusts, family foundations, and community foundations by offering wealth management services which are specifically tailored for the nonprofit community.  Utilizing Indiana Trust's endowment-style asset management and mission fulfillment approach, and beginning with a comprehensive assessment of the mission and cash flow policy, Tina works with the Indiana Trust Wealth Management advisory teams to design customized investment strategies and administrative processes with deference to the unique environment in which each entity operates.

Having earned a bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University at South Bend, Tina went on to obtain an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame. She also holds the Certified Securities Operations Professional™ (CSOP™) designation from the Cannon Financial Institute, as well as the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM®) designation.  In October 2023, Tina graduated from the third cohort of the Mutz Philanthropic Leadership Institute, which provides a leadership training experience for professionals serving in board and executive roles at foundations, corporations and social impact organizations across Indiana.

Inducted into the South Bend Community Hall of Fame in November of 2019, Tina is also an alumna of Leadership South Bend/Mishawaka, and currently serves as Chair of the Ivy Tech Community College Regional Board of Trustees (South Bend and Elkhart campuses) and as a board member of the United Religious Community of St. Joseph County.  She is also President and former Program Chair of the South Bend Area Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.  Tina is a former member of the Funding Committee of the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County's African American Fund, and has served on the boards of the South Bend Symphony Orchestra, Memorial Hospital and Health Systems, South Bend Heritage Foundation, Community Foundation of St. Joseph County, YWCA North Central Indiana, and Hannah’s House.  Tina has also participated as a member of the ITT Technical Institute Program Advisory Committee and is an active leader in her church.

In addition, Tina was named the YWCA North Central Indiana's 2022 Sojourner Truth Award recipient in a public ceremony at the South Bend Courthouse in April of 2022. The YWCA North Central Indiana’s Sojourner Truth Award recognizes individuals who live the YWCA mission by working to eliminate racism and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all people.
