Jennifer Sailor, CPA

Jennifer Sailor, CPA, joined Indiana Trust Wealth Management as Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO) in September of 2024, with more than 23 years' experience in accounting and finance and 12 years’ experience in an executive finance role, most recently with a global professional services firm for Audit and Assurance, Tax and Compliance, and Consulting.

In her role as CFOO, Jennifer will manage the Company’s financial and operational functions and collaborate closely with IT management to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategic goals.  She will also serve on the Company’s Management Team, working directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, improve financial performance, and optimize operational and IT processes.

Jen graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in December of 2000 with dual degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems Management, and obtained her Indiana CPA license in September of 2005.

In her community, Jen is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the AICPA, as well as Renaissance Executive Forum's CFO Forum, where she focuses on leadership, strategy, and engagement through community commerce. Previously, Jen has served as board Treasurer for the Elkhart Historical Society, and an elected board member for RVIA. She also has a passion for education and the arts and enjoys volunteering with various nonprofit organizations.
