Scholarship Winner Announced
"Anderson University"

Anderson, Ind. – Indiana Trust and Investment Management Company is pleased to announce that Cody Young is the recipient of the Indiana Trust and Investment Management Company Scholarship to Anderson University.

Cody Young’s philosophy includes living up to his potential and maximizing his abilities. When he graduates from Delta High School he will attend Anderson University to learn how to help others do the same. After Young graduates from college he plans to pursue a career in kinesiology (sports science) to help individuals explore their physical and mental capabilities.

Young believes relationships are the single most important and worthwhile aspect in life and believes the sports science field is right for him.

While in high school, Young received two All-Academic Hoosier Heritage Conference awards and was a member of the National Honor Society. He participated in basketball, soccer and baseball, where he was a member of the All-Delaware County First Team and a Pre-Season All-State Candidate. The Indiana Trust and Investment Management Scholarship awards $1,000 to a high school senior who will be attending Anderson University in the fall.
