Ms. Whitmer brings more than a decade of portfolio management experience to ITC, including management of a multibillion-dollar PERF fund for the Indiana Public Employees Retirement Fund.

Ms. Whitmer comes to ITC from Signal Capital Management/Old National Trust Company, where she was vice president and regional director of portfolio management. She also has been an adjunct professor at the University of Indianapolis as well as serving as a supplemental instructor at Ball State University.

She is a 1992 graduate of Ball State University where she majored in finance and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a member of the CFA Society of Indianapolis, serving on its board and acting in leadership roles since 1999.
