Mr. Welsh has more than 10 years of experience in providing personal trust and investment management services to clients. Prior to joining Indiana Trust Company in 2002, he served clients for more than 13 years at a regional bank, primarily as a Trust Officer.

A native of New York, Mr. Welsh is a 1988 graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance.

He currently serves as Vice President of the Estate Planning Council of Elkhart County, as well as a member of the Concord Rotary Club and the Notre Dame Club of St. Joseph Valley.

In 2003, he earned the prestigious Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation.
